How much does it cost to post my space for lease or sale?
There is no charge. Our mission is to help connect property owners with business owners and increase the diversity of our business community.
How long can I post my listing?
As long as your space is available, you can leave your listing up for as long as you need. We will email you monthly to confirm your space is still available for lease.
Who manages this site?
The Simsbury Main Street Partnership, with support from the Town of Simsbury, has the sole ownership and management of this site. We strive to reach all areas of town, helping every business and property owner at no charge.
What types of spaces can I list?
Office, retail, medical, industrial/flex, land, mixed-use, and established businesses for sale — anywhere in Simsbury.
I’m a prospective business. Can the Town help me find off-market space?
Yes. The Town’s Business Development Coordinator and the Economic Development Commission work with the Chamber of Commerce and Main Street Partnership to match businesses with space — including redevelopment-ready office buildings.
Are there incentives for new development?
Simsbury offers a Fee Waiver & Tax Abatement Program for qualifying projects. The EDC is currently reviewing the policy to better grow the Grand List. Contact the Business Development Coordinator to discuss eligibility.
